Requirements

    Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree / Post Graduate Degree, Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
    At least 5 year(s) of working experience in recruitment position with 3 years in senior level, prefer candidates from Consumer Goods.
    Candidate should have knowledge of recruitment techniques and process
    Candidate should excellent in English both oral and written
    Candidate should willing to travel for recruitment activity
    Placement will be in Cikarang

Responsibilities

    Responsible for manpower planning, designing recruitment advertisement
    Assisting the HR Manager in designing job descriptions
    Updates the organizational structure as and when required
    Responsible for sourcing suitable candidates for available position and identifying suitable recruitment channels
    Develop assessment tools for selection process
    Screening applicants for basic compliance with position qualifications, summarize resumes for easier evaluation by the department head
    Meets walk in applicants, collect and assesses the resumes
    Ensure all vacancies are filled with the suitable candidates within the target time
    Ensure all recruitment policies, procedures and techniques are adhered to and recommend improvements
    Forward collected resumes to the concerned department head for evaluation and interviews
    Scheduling interviews and ensure department head give feedback on each candidates
    Conduct new employees orientation and apprises employee of benefit options
    Maintains an active and organize data bank of applicants for various positions
    Generates recruitment related report
    Drafts employment letter and contract for selected candidates
    Responsible for designing induction process for new hires
    Coordinate the entire induction process.
